This was uploaded to a secure website from where Indian accountants processed the data using the same software which the client was using. A US based non-profit group were administering a website that taught children how to save and invest money online using real world examples. When a US investor acquired a majority share he decided that the website need a major revamp, including fresh software to give the site a virtual reality world that could really engage kids, who did he turn to? Enda O'Coineen needed a revamped website for the relaunch of his autobiography, The Unsinkable Entrepreneur. As the proceeds of the book were going to a charitable cause, the website had to be correspondingly cost efficient. The solution had to highlight the attractiveness of the book, provide a point of sale for the same with an ecommerce solution, but not cost the earth. BOSSCOM's approach was simple and effective, using a design that complimented the book and incorporating a simple PayPal shopping cart with the minimum of expense. A simple flash animation gave a humorous slant to the site logo which was in keeping with the book's tone and theme.

Case Study 4: CRM and Virtual Secretarial Services
A private physician in the US decided that he needed a more efficient way to handle his diary so that he could maximise both his time and the care he could provide to his patients. BOSSCOM's live phone answering service became an extension of his business, impressing his patients with a 24/7 availability and a personal touch. Using the customised service and web-based appointment system, the physician was able to have his schedule maintained in real-time, and also leave specific instructions for some patients. A bespoke Encounter Report also told the physician what communications occurred with his patients.
